Hitched Event: Dublin & North East

Hitched Event : Dublin & North East - aims to become the best place to meet GenX and Millennial Singles from Dublin, Wicklow, Meath, Louth, Cavan, Monaghan.

The Hitched Event is hosted by Today FM veteran Phil Cawley and is all about creating the perfect singles meetup spot for GenX and Millennial (33 - 55 years) who are from Dublin or the north east or would like to meet someone from the north east region.  The Dublin and north east version of the event goes live every Wednesday evening from 8 - 9pm on the Katch mobile app.

Dating is a numbers game, so the more people you can physically interact with the greater the chance of someone connecting with your personality (not your photo).  At the Hitched event we intend to physically introduce you to as many fun singles as possible - so get your fun chat up lines ready.

HOW DOES THE HITCHED EVENT WORK?
In the same way you would listen to a live radio or TV show on your mobile, the Hitched show airs live inside the Katch app and provides all the fun interaction as your favorite TV show would together with private mingling with other singles.  Yes, that's right - throughout the show you are privately paired with singles you click with and introduced into private video calls.   If you like the member you can extend calls or exit out - whatever tickles your fancy.

HOW DOES THE VIDEO CALL MINGLING WORK?
Throughout the majority of the show you remain completely private.  You can see Phil Cawley live as he masterfully DJs the show, you can text him as you would on a radio show as well as message the crowd.  Once Phil turns on mingling you will see a countdown clock and also see a photo of who you will be introduced to next.  Once ready a private video call will start between you and your partner, based upon all your criteria of sexual preference, age range, location, and personality.  During the quick 2min private video call you can extend the call if both of you click, super like them to add them directly into your friends list or exit out and come back to Phil in what we call the bar area for more fun.

THE HOW, WHY, WHAT AND MORE?
Book and pay below or within the Katch App, then from the App, click on the Hitched show and you are ready to mingle.  Dress to impress - we strongly suggest doing yourself up as if going out out.  Have a drink at the ready or two but don’t go overboard.  Have a few statements ready, not questions as most dislike the normal where are you from, what do you work at questions.  Instead state something that can string out a conversation, like “I love sailing” and go from there.  Give everyone a chance as we have seen many no hopes at the start going all the way to engagement.

The Hitched show aims to change the way we meet and find love locally in Ireland.  The weekly show will become a place where you can get out of your local comfort zone and meet new people quickly from far and wide - from there the sky's the limit and love will come into your life.
